Greetings, I’m Delvin Hill.
Information Technology simplification through software innovation, collaboration, and system integration is my passion.
I have always been fascinated by how things work and why they work. Often as a child, I found myself taking things apart. However, I quickly learned from my parents not to select items that were in perfect working order. On the other hand, I could take apart broken items with no problem!
Many activities in business revolve around a similar manner of operation. We typically hear the reframe, “Don’t touch what’s working!” Resulting in applications and processes getting much needed attention only when it breaks. Through my experience, I learned taking things apart provided deeper understanding. What was its purpose? How can this be done differently? Better? Getting that level of understanding not only generates appreciation, but also sets in motion ideas for innovation.
Discovery and understanding drives me to listen as a key focal point to engage people to really understand the challenges businesses face. Successful navigation in any environment requires keen observation and effective execution. How one solves problems with minimal investment that quickly delivers measurable gains are incredible wins in a competitive market.
Through information technology, priority and order can bring structure and through structure understanding for what’s truly important. Simplification through technology is a way to apply focus that not only allows a clearer vision, but drives consistent decisions for improved delivery and results. This approach to the information and application ecosystem can enable anyone to open doors.
These qualities are what drives me to pursue and establish solutions to difficult challenges. Years ago I crafted DREAM IT, an acronym that embodies my guide to deliver focus, engagement, and inspiration.
